Terms of Service

1. Who can use Buyro

You must be at least 18 and of legal age where you live, and by using Buyro you confirm that you are. Each account belongs to one person or one business, and each person or business may hold only one account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, your API keys, and any Telegram channel you connect.

2. Shoppers

Buyro is not a store. Every purchase happens at the merchant (AliExpress, Amazon or another store), under the merchant’s terms, prices, shipping, returns and product warranty. We show the price and availability we last saw, and the store’s own original price where it shows one; the merchant’s page is what counts.

Links on Buyro are affiliate links. A Buyro link never adds anything to the price you pay. See the affiliate disclosure for how that works.

You can save products and follow creators. When a saved product gets cheaper we tell you, in Telegram or, if you signed in with email, by email. Following shows a creator’s new deals under Following in the feed and, if you use Buyro in Telegram, sends you one evening message on days they post new deals. Both are advertisements and say so, and you can stop each of them from any message or in Settings.

3. Creators: how you earn

When someone buys through your link and the affiliate network pays a commission for that purchase, you receive your share: 80% on the Free plan and 90% on the Pro plan. If you connect your own AliExpress Portals account (any plan) or use your own Amazon tag (Pro), links to that store are made on your account: the network pays you directly under its own terms, Buyro takes nothing, and what Buyro shows about those sales is for your information only. You are responsible for that account and for keeping to its network’s rules. By connecting your own AliExpress account you appoint Buyro as your service provider for using the AliExpress API on your behalf, under AliExpress’s API terms; disconnecting the account in Settings ends it.

• A commission is “pending” when the network reports the purchase and “approved” when the network confirms it. It becomes payable once the network has paid Buyro for it.
• Networks cancel commissions for returns, cancelled orders and suspected fraud. A cancelled commission is deducted from your balance even if it already showed as approved, and if it was already paid out, the amount is set off against your future payouts.
• Networks decide what counts as a qualifying purchase and what rate applies. Rates shown in Buyro are estimates until the network confirms them.
• Some links cannot be monetized (the store has no program we can use). Buyro says so when the link is created.

If you joined through another creator’s invite, they receive 5% of the commission on your sales made within 365 days of the day you joined. It comes out of Buyro’s share: your own share is exactly what it would have been without the invite. If you invite others, you earn the same on theirs.

Payouts run monthly for payable commissions once your balance reaches the minimum payout (currently US$50), to the payout details you saved, in the currency of that payout method (usually shekels) at the exchange rate on the day the payout is sent. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details and for any tax you owe on your earnings; where the law requires it, we withhold tax and report payouts to the tax authorities. Before your first payout we verify who you are and that the payout details are yours. When payout details change, the next payout waits 7 days and we tell you on Telegram or by email, so a change you did not make can be caught; a change of the bank account holder is verified again. Payout details cannot be changed with an API key.

4. Creators: the rules

Most Buyro links run through affiliate accounts shared by all creators. One creator breaking a network’s rules can cost everyone their earnings, so these rules are enforced strictly.

• Do not buy through your own links, and do not ask friends or family to do it for you.
• Do not invite yourself: the invite program is for bringing in other people, not for opening a second account.
• No fake, automated, incentivized or forced clicks. No cookie stuffing, hidden frames, pop-ups or redirects the person did not ask for.
• No spam: no unsolicited messages, and no posting links in groups or comments where they are not welcome.
• No paid search ads on merchant brand names, and no ads that send traffic straight to an affiliate link where the network forbids it.
• Do not use a store’s name or logo (such as AliExpress or Amazon) in your channel name, handle or profile in a way that suggests you are that store.
• Do not misrepresent a product, a price or a discount, and do not invent urgency.
• Tell your audience that your links are affiliate links, in every post, as the law where you operate requires.
• Follow the rules of the networks your links use, including the AliExpress Portals and Amazon Associates program policies.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach, we may disable links and suspend or close the account. We may also hold payouts while we look into it, for up to 90 days or until the network confirms or cancels the purchases involved; we tell you in writing why, and you can respond. A commission is lost only if it turns out to come from the breach or the network cancels it. Commissions not related to the breach remain yours and are paid.

5. Telegram bot and channel posting

When you add the bot as an admin of your channel, you authorize it to post the cards you send, schedule, or turn on through auto-posting. Auto-posted deals are picked and written by Buyro, including short lines written by an AI model; you get each day’s list in advance and can cancel any of it with /scheduled. You remain responsible for your channel and for what you post in it yourself. Remove the bot from the channel at any time to stop.

By using the bot you also agree that it messages you on its own initiative: about your sales and about creators who joined through your invite, a weekly summary, the first clicks on your links, products on your links that stop being sold, and, if you post on WhatsApp, the morning’s deals. Each kind you can switch off has a button under the message, and /notifications and Settings turn them on and off. Messages about payouts, your plan and your account always go out, and so does service news we send all creators, such as a change to these terms.

6. Pro plan

Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it is the seller you pay, it issues your invoice, and it handles all customer service inquiries and returns, under its buyer terms. Pro is sold on the website. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Manage billing, with /pro in the bot, or by writing to us; cancelling stops the next renewal, and the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment; the refund policy has the details. We may change the price with at least 30 days’ notice, effective from your next renewal.

7. Your content and ours

You keep the rights to your profile, captions and anything else you write. You give Buyro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the service, in link previews and in the posts you share or schedule through Buyro, to adapt it to fit (for example, shortening it), and to keep showing it in posts already shared. The same goes for photos and videos you upload or send to the bot: upload only what you made or have the right to use, nothing unlawful, misleading about the product, or sexual or violent, and no photo or video showing a person who has not agreed to it. We may remove an upload, and repeated problems can close an account. Product names, product images and prices belong to the merchants and are shown as supplied by them, sometimes with titles shortened automatically. The Buyro name, logo and software are ours.

If something on Buyro infringes your rights (for example copyright, a trademark or your privacy), use “Report” on the post or write to support@buyro.link with the link and what it infringes. We review every notice and remove what should not be there.

8. The API

API keys are personal. Keep them secret, respect rate limits, and do not use the API to do anything these terms forbid. We may revoke a key that is abused.

9. Availability and limitation of liability

Buyro is provided as is and as available. We work to keep links resolving and tracking accurate, but we depend on merchants and affiliate networks we do not control, and we do not promise uninterrupted service, that every purchase will be tracked, or any level of earnings.

To the extent the law allows, Buyro is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, or for lost profits or revenue, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of (a) the commissions owed to you and (b) the amounts you paid for Buyro Pro, including through Paddle, in the 12 months before the event the claim is about. This limit does not apply to commissions you have earned and are owed, to harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to bodily injury, or to any liability the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Closing an account

You can stop using Buyro at any time and delete your account yourself in Settings, or ask us to. Deleting an account cancels a Pro subscription. If commissions you earned are still to be paid when you delete it, we pay them on request once they become payable, even below the minimum payout, unless they are held under section 4. If you never earned anything, the account is deleted completely. If you had sales or payouts, we keep the financial records the law requires, including who each payout went to, and everything else is deleted. We may close accounts that break these terms, or that stay inactive with a zero balance for a long time.

11. Changes, governing law and language

We may update these terms. We tell you about material changes by email or in the bot at least 30 days before they take effect, unless the law or a network’s rules require a change sooner, and a change never applies to commissions already earned. If you do not agree, you can close your account before the change takes effect and be paid what you have earned, even below the minimum payout.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have jurisdiction, without taking away consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.

These documents are published in Hebrew and English. If the versions differ, the Hebrew version prevails for users in Israel and the English version for everyone else.
